Clark III with hopes of supporting efforts to relieve the compounding burden of municipal waste in Gunnison County. A subcategory within this section is Plasma arc technology. Plasma arc is a 21 century innovation which offers an alternative to landfills or incineration. Plasma arc is a process of waste-gasification which ultimately recycles and converts municipal waste into usable resources such fuel.
